Hyatt Guest Relations Food & Beverage in FRANCE, United States

Hospitality management, customer recognition, customer preferences

  • Welcome clients in a warm and personalized way

  • Explain the concept of the restaurant to new clients

  • To take notes of clients’ preferences and transmit them to the team

Participation at the operational briefing

  • To share information about VIP clients with the restaurant’s team

  • To give the reservation’s list to the team’s members

Reservation’s management

  • Make reservations via phone, e-mail and via La Fourchette

  • Verification of booked tables according to customers preferences

Use of software to improve our knowledge on customers

  • Management and updates of the clients’ data bases on La Fourchette

  • Monitoring profiles of Hyatt’s clients via Opéra

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
