Hyatt Online Guest Services Manager in FRANCE, United States

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.


  • Team management of 10 colleagues

  • Training colleagues on different PMS

  • Create and update SOPs in order to improve the online guest experience

  • Ensure the respect of Hyatt Regency Brand Standards in all communications


  • Dynamic, rigorous, creative and organized

  • Previous experience in management and training is a must
