The responsibilities of the Hotel Operations Manager include overseeing the general operation of hotel functions and assisting guests whenever necessary. The Assistant Operations Manager will focus on supporting the day-to-day activities of Rooms Operations of areas that include Housekeeping, Front Office and Guest Services. This role will assist in working with employees to carry out guest arrival and departure procedures and to maintain the property’s cleanliness standards. The role also includes assisting with supervising food and beverage daily operations. Responsibilities include ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
