  • 维护客户关系建立餐饮部客史数据。 Maintain guest relationships and set up F&B guest data base.
  • 同餐饮部各餐厅建立周期性会议,沟通和收集客户信息。 Schedule regular communication meeting with F&B outlets, collecting guests data.

_对客服务_ _Customer Service_

  • 礼貌且高效地处理所有内部及外部客人的投诉及要求,并跟进确保问题的圆满解决。 Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
  • 维护客人与同事间的良好关系。 Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
  • 始终确保提供礼貌及专业的服务。 Ensures provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
  • 经常亲自确认客户餐饮体验满意度并亲自提供VIP专属管家式服务。 Personally and frequently verifies guests F&B satisfaction and provide VIP butler service.
  • 与客人建立并保持良好的关系。 Establishes a rapport with guests and maintains good customer relationship.
