Hyatt Outlet Manager - Chinese Restaurant - Grand Hyatt Hangzhou in HANGZHOU, China
Description:
Drive and work closely with marketing and F&B teams to position and sell the venue
Must be financially savvy to drive financial performance in order to exceed budgeted profitability
Drive guest satisfaction through Hysat and Brand Analytics
Responsible for short and long term planning of the venue
Ensure effective hiring, training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement
Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
Develop and implement creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment
Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans and objectives. Manage within those approved plans
Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years working experience as an Outlet Manager in Chinese Restaurant.
Fluent in English and Chinese
Strong leadership profile, and embrace Hyatt higher purpose and values
A true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills, outgoing personality
Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, able to learn managing systems such as POS, reservations and forecasting
Full understanding of Associate engagement
Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free standing entity
Candidate must be extremely detail oriented, organized and self-confident to ensure flexibility & productivity
Candidates should possess strong food and beverage knowledge.
Hotel experience and a thorough understanding of restaurant service
Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator providing exceptional customer service
