Hyatt Housekeeping Attendant in HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible to conduct cleaning duties in the assigned Place of Work, and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to our customers.Embraces all Touches of Hyatt and the Rooms Top 20 have been implemented.- Works in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”. - Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented. - Checks and verifies room status report. - Records and completes the Attendant’s Verification Report accurately. - Checks and replenishes Mini Bar. Accurately post consumed Mini Bar items via telephone interface system. - Reports room defects. - Reports lost and damaged items. - Reports lost and found items to Housekeeping Coordinator. - Cleans and make-up guest rooms. - Empties soiled linen. - Cleans and tidies pantry and toilet. - Cleans and maintains the cleanliness of corridors and surrounding back areas. - Cleans and packs the trolley. - Checks and cleans operating equipment efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division - Changes light bulbs in room. - Refreshes flowers set in guestroom - Provides night turndown service. - Updates room status via telephone interface system. - Ensures a high level of security consciousness in his / her assigned area. - Handle all keys according to stipulated policies and procedures. - Remove all rubbish from floor at the end of shift. - Assist in preparation, delivery, setup and remove of baby cribs and other ad-hoc guest room set-ups. - Restock pantries with sufficient amenities, supplies and linen. - Collect fruits from Commissary Kitchen and delivery to the floors. - To do “spring clean’ rooms as assigned. - Complies with the policies and procedures of Rooms Division.
Qualifications:- Ideally with a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management. - Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. - Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must. - This position is applicable for Vietnamese only.
