* You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. * The Steward is responsible to ensure a clean and sanitary work environment in the kitchen and stewarding areas, and to wash, clean and stock operating equipment and kitchen utensils.
* Knowledge of dishwashing equipment operation, chemicals and chemical feed equipment * Must be able to speak, write, and understand basic English * Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays * Ability to stand, bend and stoop repetitively during an eight hour shift * Basic knowledge of Kitchen Hygiene / 1-2 years work experience as Steward in a hotel or restaurant with good standards desirable
