Hyatt Assistant Manager (Duty Manager) in HONG KONG, China

Description:

  • Handle all guest related issues, oversee and address any challenges as the Manager on Duty

  • Review, verify and react to all group resumes, checking billing, room types, arrival, departure dates, and VIP designations

Qualifications:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

  • Previous Front Office experience in supervisory/management level in hotel of similar capacity is preferred

  • Excellent problem solving and interpersonal communication skills, highly motivated and team focused

  • Strong sense of service excellence

  • Strong drive to achieve results and willingness to proactively improve ways of working and services are essential

  • Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
