Hyatt Assistant Revenue Manager in HONG KONG, China
You will be assisting the Cluster Director of Revenue Management for Grand Hyatt Hong Kong and Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui in providing the analysis of revenue, profit and demands associated with the two hotels’ rooms and function space inventory as well as the preparation of forecasts and analyze the progress of budget and projections. You will inherit a dynamic team of specialists encompassing on all facets of pricing, demand analysis, yield management, market segmentation, business mix, selling strategies and tactics, and at the same time, working towards the ultimate goal of maximizing the revenue and market share of the two hotels.
Job Description * Responsible for the analysis of revenue, profit, and demand associated with the two hotels’ rooms inventory and function space. * Utilizes analytical tools and revenue management systems toward the goal of maximizing total hotel revenue and profit. * Responsible for managing rooms inventory; ensuring that the inventory is allocated and restricted properly in order to maximize total hotel revenues and profits. * Ensures that all rates, packages, e-channels and hotel information are well maintained in the hotel’s system.
* Ideally with a university degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management, or financial sector background. * Minimum 2 years related experience of hands-on analytics experience in revenue management. * Possess excellent communication skills and solid technical skills in using data-management systems and excel. * Good experience in managing multiple stakeholders, especially important when balancing the priorities and needs of the two hotels.
