Hyatt Guest Services Officer - Food & Beverage in HONG KONG, China
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Services Officer - Food & Beverage is responsible to assist with receiving guests in the hotel's restaurant, manages the inventory of the outlet, and assists the service staff whenever necessary.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
