Hyatt Regional Vice President - Global Contact Centers in HONG KONG, China

Description:

The Regional Vice President, Global Contact Centers leads a multi-site operation including centers with in-sourced and out-sourced operating models across three service providers and seven locations. Responsible for all aspects of the strategy and operation of the International centers including location strategy, partnerships with regional and other teams, support of commercial services, people strategy, and coordination with the Global Contact Centers organization with support from core infrastructure and teams based in the US. Plays a critical role in determining and bringing to life the strategy of the Global Contact Centers and Commercial Services.

As the Company looks to the future, the Regional Vice President will help evolve and transform the contact center service experience to become a point of significant differentiation for Hyatt and will on a daily basis focus on meeting business goals and delivering a best in class contact center environment, ensuring that the contact center environment demonstrates the care for customers and for the team that are central to the Hyatt brand. And support potential significant growth in the Hyatt portfolio over time.

The position will report to the Vice President, Global Global Contact Centers and Guest Experience

Qualifications:

Experience - Seven years of experience leading a multi-site contact center operation across

different geographies/countries

  • Experience managing both in-sourced and out-sourced contact center operations

  • Experience acting as a service provider for internal stakeholders, creating new services and evolving to meet changing needs of a business/industry

  • Hospitality experience a plus

Education - Bachelor’s degree required

Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job - Familiarity with contact center industry platforms, vendors, and the technologies required to operate

contact centers in non-US locations
