Hyatt Restaurant Manager (The Farmhouse) in HONG KONG, China


o Maintain the departmental standard and ensure smooth daily operation o Control usage of all operating equipment to ensure sufficiency and reports inventory, breakage or missing items and maintain in a good record o Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries and solved effectively o Manage and control the Food & Beverage cost to maximize the revenue o Identify the training needs and conduct training programs for services improvement o Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management



+ 5 years or above management experience in coffee shop or western restaurants + To plan, organize, direct, and supervise the daily operation of coffee shop + Achieve the revenue target and provide high standards service + Handling and taking appropriate actions regarding guest opinion + Knowledge in computer Microsoft office - Word and Excel
