Hyatt Revenue Analyst in HONG KONG, China

Description:
This position reports to the Vice President –Revenue, Asia Pacific. The selected incumbent isresponsible for managing and overseeing revenue management analytic functions to produce reporting that support and evaluate revenue strategies to maximize overall revenue performance of hotels in Asia Pacific. The Revenue Analyst will produce accurate revenue analysis that help set hotel goals and outgrow the competition. The Revenue Analyst will also assist the regional revenue team on system training.

Qualifications:
Quantitative Dimensions * Market share as measured on the STAR report * Revenue performance as measured against the annual budget * Revenue Management Scorecard Linguistic Ability * English – Fluent and Conversational Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job * Technically skilled in managing all systems related to Revenue Management preferred. These include but are not limited to Hotel Industry Hotel Management Systems, Central Reservation Systems, Property Management Systems, Sales and Catering Systems, and Cognos or another form of business intelligence tool. * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications such as Excel, Word, Access, Power Point and Outlook. Additional Comments and Requirements * Requires understanding and analysis of financial statements * Ability to develop and deliver training materials * Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations * Ability to manage group and interpersonal conflict situations effectively
