You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers. The Assistant Manager - Learning is responsible to assist the Learning Manager in the efficient running of the Learning Department.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Learning Officer in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions would be a useful benefit
