The Assistant VIP Manager responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following for our VIP/World of Hyatt guests: room assignments, meet & greet, verify and arrange amenity deliveries, review surveys and respond to concerns. The Assistant VIP Manager will also have duties that include corresponding with future VIP/World of Hyatt guests and conducting presentations. A portion of their duties will involve overseeing the Front Office and their staff. This is a highly visible role within the hotel and offers the opportunity to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction at Hyatt.

Refined verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Proficient in basic computer skills
Working knowledge of OPERA, Kronos, Reserve, Birchstreet and Salto
