You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Event Concierge Coordinator is responsible to assist the smooth and efficient of the Event Planning department, covering both the catering sales as well as convention services functions of the hotel.
* Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. * Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. * Excellent command of English and computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email * Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
