Responsibilities

工作职责

1.Direct,supervise and coordinate the functions of all Housekeeping personnel engaged in activities;

指导、监督并协调好所有客房部员工的工作;

2.Ensure that all guest rooms,function rooms,public areas,back of the house areas,and their surroundings conform with the hotel standards of cleanliness and orderliness;

确保所有的客房,会议室,公共区域,酒店办公室,酒店后台及其周围环境符合酒店所制定的标准;

3.Inspect hotel rooms and premises regularly,ensure that furnishings, facilities and equipment are cleaned, repaired, maintained and replaces necessary, inform management of requirements ensures that deficiencies are corrected;

定时视察酒店客房及营业场所,确保家具,设施设备的清洁,保养和在必要时的更换,并向管理部门汇报所需物品以确保缺省物品的及时补充;

4.Train team members according to established procedures, conduct training meetings to discuss problems, future plans, give instructions and assignments etc;

根据已建立的程序做好员工培训,主持培训会议以讨论问题及进一步的计划,给予说明和安排等;

5.Control and ensure the adequacy of inventory of all necessary Housekeeping materials and supplies, ordering replacement when needed;

控制并确保所有客房部所必需物品和备品的充足,以便在需要时及时更换;

8.A periodic review of hotel guest feedback results, formulate corresponding plans of action, and ultimately achieve the goal of hotel.

定期回顾酒店客人的意见反馈结果,制定相应的行动计划,最终达到酒店目标。

Job Requirements

岗位要求

1.5 years experience in Housekeeping management or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;

拥有5年客房管理经验,包括管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景;

2.Good team leading spirit and executive ability.

有良好的团队领导精神及执行力。
