1,Responsible for ensuring implementation of Alila Anji vision and as well as implementation and assessment of the regular business action plans related to reservation function
2,Actively involve in the development of reservation strategic plan and ensure maximum plan execution
3,Improving communications with Sales & Marketing Team
4,Yield and revenue management, highlight forecasted occupancy and work on appropriate pricing strategy over the periods.
5,Stand as media center that provides Sales & Marketing with accurate information in regards to market update through market analysis such as booking trend, competitor performance, geographical arrival update, etc assisting Sales & Marketing team to plan and decide best Sales & 6,Marketing strategies.
7,Position as an in-house sales personnel optimizing the pre-selling and up-selling activities, allotment management and others in objective of revenue maximization
8,Implementation of yield management through room allotment management in both Alila An ji website and travel agent partners.
9,Task management and control all e-marketing activities including implementation of Alila An ji Customer Relation Management (CRM) as well as Personal Preference Menu (PPM) system.
10,Ensure implementation at Alila Anji of distribution and E-marketing tools, provide standard procedures, support and training
Integrate Online social networks (e.g. tripadvisor.com) to E-marketing strategy by developing collaboration, sponsorship and active participation
11,Qualification and tie up cooperation with potential e-partners including such as e-marketing inbound, e-marketing wholesalers and direct portals.
12,Development of new e-partners for exposure of lifestyle packages to specific market audience (wellness, gourmet traveler etc.)
13,Control minimum selling rates, information, products, and services are well and correctly featured by all Alila Anji e-partners.
14,Maintain good relationship and regular contact with all Alila Anji e-partners.
15,Management of global distribution (GDS) through Design Hotels in coordination with Alila Hotels & Resorts E-Division.
16,Understands the clientele motivation and needs as well as the e-distribution channels and participate actively with the Director of Sales in ensuring that both the sales activities and overall product direction are matching those needs.
17,Ensures with the other departments concerned implementation and respect of all Alila statistics standards and ensures that Alila reporting standards and deadlines are always respected
18,Compiles all necessary market information and prepares and present annual Sales and Marketing plan as well as middle year estimate
19,Assisting Director of Sales in preparing Front Office Month End Report, quarterly sales activity report and other reports required by Alila Hotels & 20,Resorts corporate office
21,Ensures at all time to stay fully up to date on the market conditions and make regular recommendations to the Director of Sales
22,Ensures to anticipate on the market tendencies and proposes and implement timely promotions to maximize hotels yield and revenues
23,Understand reservation procedure and operates computer, fax and telephone in the proper way.
1,Bachelor degree or above
2,Good spoken and written English
3, At least 2 years of work experience at the same position in a five star hotel.
