Description:
The Culinary Lead-Pastry will be responsible flow of information, product and work load. This position will monitor daily production, provide technical expertise, train, mentor, and supervise a small team of Pastry specialists.

Qualifications:
* Riverside County Food Handler's Card. * Strong Pastry technical skills. * Organizational and strong time management with above-average dependability and reliability. * Decorating skills are essential.
