Hyatt Pastry Lead in INDIAN WELLS, California

Description:
The Pastry Lead will work closely with Chef de Cuisine in creating desserts for our hotel restaurants and Banquet business. This position will lead a team in the Pastry department, teaching and developing Pastry staff new skills.
Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of baking. Experienced in commercial baking equipment. Strong leadership background influencing a culinary team. Minimum of two years of experience in relevant role. Riverside County Food Handler's Card. Flexible schedule availability.
