Hyatt Director of Revenue Management in ISLE OF PALMS, South Carolina
The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for maximizing overallresortrevenue for rooms, golf, spaand food and beverage through the implementation of effective pricing and distribution strategies in large, complexresorts. Manage all booking channels for rooms, golf and spa.Out-perform direct competitors by winning market share with rational and competitive pricing, distribution strategy backed by targeted marketing, and careful managementof resortinventory to maximize topline revenue and yield high net profits. Manage and oversee revenue management analytic functions to produce reporting that support and evaluateresortbusiness strategies. Provide guidance and support sales and marketing initiatives that are targeted to meet the needs of theresort. Produce accurate revenue forecasts that help set hotel goals and outgrow the competition. Create the annual resort budget. Display leadership qualities that mentor, develop, and guideresortteam members such as revenue analysts and managers. Serve on the executive committee of the resort.
* o 4-5 years as a manager in the hotel industry revenue management discipline, ideally with experience at a condominium resort with golf, spa and multiple food and beverage outlets o Strong organization and analytical skills o Excellent communication and writing skills o Expert skill level in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
