Hyatt Assistant Manager Training in JAIPUR, India

Description:

This position will be responsible to drive company values and philosophy and ensures all training & development activities are strategically linked to Alila culture and spirit. You will work with departmental trainers on the development and implementation of on-the-job training to ensure that all team members are fully trained in their roles and able to deliver the high level of service that Alila is known for. You will be responsible for ensuring effective trainings is in place to enable the achievement of desirable business results and measures the effectiveness of training to ensure a return on investment.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria;

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a Luxury/Resort property is a must
  • Previous experience in delivering training and developing training programs and materials ideally in hospitality industry
  • Strong communication, training and presentation skills
  • Passionate about developing and mentoring team members
  • Fluent in English

Qualifications:
Degreefrom an accredited university inHuman Resources, Education, or similar/related field
