Hyatt Assistant Marketing Communications Manager in JAKARTA, Indonesia
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in drawing up the Marketing Communicationaction, advertising and media plan in conjunction with the MarketingCommunications Manager annually
Create and deliver press releases, media relationscontent, case studies, hotel newsletter content, social media content andproposals
Develop fresh story ideas
Manage video content
Maintain and updates record of media, journalistsmailing list
Maintain a database of clients
Assist in any liaison and internal meetings
Responsible for press clippings
To arrange press conference and press interviews asand when required
Handle correspondence when required
Closely coordinate social events with the MarketingCommunications Manager.
Keep well informed about the various outlets in thehotel.
Closely observes matters pertaining to MarketingCommunications activities of the hotel and other hotels competitor’s outlets ona regular basis.
Evaluate marketing communication strategies and effectivenessof the marketing support & initiatives.
Participatein budget development and support budget management.
Attend internal and external social events.
Maintain regular schedules for press visits andvisits to clients.
Ensure optimum publicity is created for all majorhappenings in the hotel.
Answers to complaints from the general public andcommunity.
Organizes both Social & Public RelationsActivities internally and externally.
Entertain guests as assigned by the MarketingCommunications Manager
