Description:

Main Duties

  • Ensures the proper document afteroutlet setup recipe in the system and menu adding into micros system.

  • Ensuressupport service log is kept in place for further reference / audit evidence.

  • Regularlytrack Computer Assets and update Inventory.

  • Provides theappropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to otheremployees (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.

  • Handles guest and employee enquiries ina courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if noimmediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.

  • Maintainspositive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

  • Provides technical assistance, advice to hotel staffs inorder to minimize overhead expenses and human errors in all areas.

  • Authorized users in relation to operationof the hotel’s I.S. system hardware, various modules and supporting personalcomputers.

  • Coordinates timely repair and returns toservice providers any faulty systems or items of equipment.

  • Rebuilds data corrupted by eitherhardware or software faults.

  • Coordinates the timely handling of anysoftware fault reports or enhancement requests.

  • Provides technical assistance to internaland external auditor.

  • Provides feedback tothe IS Manager for the annual Performance Development of IS Officer.

  • Supports theimplementation of The People Philosophy, demonstrating and reinforcing Hyatt’sValues and Culture Characteristics.

  • Complete understandingof and adhere to employee rules and regulations

  • Follow all hotel,company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazardsafety, and security.

  • Feedbacktheresults of the EmployeeEngagementSurvey and to ensure that the relevant changes areimplemented.
