Hyatt Information Sytem - Officer in JAKARTA, Indonesia

Main Duties * Ensures the proper document after outlet setup recipe in the system and menu adding into micros system. * Ensures support service log is kept in place for further reference / audit evidence. * Regularly track Computer Assets and update Inventory. * Provides the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to other employees (internal customers) and other visitors to the division. * Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up. * Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships. * Provides technical assistance, advice to hotel staffs in order to minimize overhead expenses and human errors in all areas. * Authorized users in relation to operation of the hotel’s I.S. system hardware, various modules and supporting personal computers. * Coordinates timely repair and returns to service providers any faulty systems or items of equipment. * Rebuilds data corrupted by either hardware or software faults. * Coordinates the timely handling of any software fault reports or enhancement requests. * Provides technical assistance to internal and external auditor. * Provides feedback to the IS Manager for the annual Performance Development of IS Officer. * Supports the implementation of The People Philosophy, demonstrating and reinforcing Hyatt’s Values and Culture Characteristics. * Complete understanding of and adhere to employee rules and regulations * Follow all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security. * Feedbackthe results of the EmployeeEngagementSurvey and to ensure that the relevant changes are implemented. x
