Hyatt Assistant Manager - Events/Banquets in JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia

Description:
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

To assist the Manager – Banquet Service in managing the Banquet Services Department as a successful independent profit centre, ensuring that all functions are successfully executed ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with Hyatt International Standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the food and beverage operation and administration.__

To participate in the formulation of the Annual Operating Budget in determining outlet projected revenues and expenses, operating equipment and FF&E requirements in line with the compilation of the Annual Business Plan.

To strictly adhere to the established operating expenses and that all costs are controlled.

To assist in effective payroll controls through a flexible work force maximize utilization of part time employees and close cooperation with other Food & Beverage outlets.

Qualifications:
Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.

Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Very good command of English and local language.

Transferrable Iqama only will be considered.

Must be available locally for interview.
