Hyatt Assistant Chief Concierge in JEJU, South Korea
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Chief Concierge is responsible to assist the Chief Concierge in managing the Concierge department as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Concierge operation and administration.
The position will initially be based in Jeju City/Island, South Korea.
To be Successful in This Role, You Will Require to Have;
•A minimum of 3 years experience as a Assistant Manager (Concierge) in a big operation.
•Hotel Opening experience and understanding of casino integrated resort operations.
•Relevant studies or experience (Bachelor degreeminimum) with focus in Business, Hotel Management and/or Tourism &Hospitality
•Good problem solving, administrative andinterpersonal skills are a must.
