Hyatt is extremely pleased to prepare the opening for the Grand Hyatt Jeju with a new vision of the Grand Hyatt brand in Jeju, reflective of the island’s unique environment, and providing travelers with our first-class integrated resort service and hospitality. The hotel will be one of the largest Hyatt hotels with 1,600 rooms, 11 food and beverage outlets, and approximately 1,200 square meters of meeting space, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, two spas (Western and Korean) with a total of eight treatment rooms and a kids club.

General purpose of job is to ensure that all computer systems and networks used within the hotel provide as near as possible uninterrupted service to the hotel operations. Provide technical assistance and advice to hotel management. To ensure that the most is obtained from the hotel’s investment in hardware and software. Provide effective training and support. To effectively manage all communication networks that is used internally within the hotel and all gateways to external networks. Assist in the provision of IS related services to hotel guests.

Qualifications:
To be Successful in This Role, You Will Require to Have •Minimum 2 years work experience as Information Systems Manager in large operation with advanced technology. •Hotel Opening experience and understanding of casino integrated resort operations.

•Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming. Networking experience would be an advantage. Minimum 2 years work experience as Information Systems Manager or Assistant Information Systems Manager in large operation with advanced technology.

•Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
