As a member of the Management team, the Human Resources Manager is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership. This position reports to the hotel General Manager.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the efficient running of the HR division in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. You will lead strategically and tactically in the areas of workforce planning, recruitment and staffing strategies, compensation review and administration, associate relations and wellbeing, workforce training, talent development and local diversity initiatives.
Ideally with a degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
