About the role Operational •Ensures that the relevant information of all allocated Accounts is being up dated regularly in the manual records and electronic database system. 全アカウントに関する情報がマニュアル・データベースシステムなど定期的に更新されている •In the absence of the Director of Sales/Associate Director of Sales/Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Executive, responds to all telephone calls or inquiries, ensures information/messages are accurately received and relayed to the managers concerned in a timely manner. 営業が不在の際は、全ての問い合わせに対応し関係部署のマネージャーに情報伝達ができる •Follows up sales leads whenever required or assigned by the Sales Managers/ Executives. 引合のフォローアップを必要な際または上司の指示があった際行う •Prepares, compiles and distributes the weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner. 週次/月次レポートを準備しタイムリーに配布する •Ensures a high level of exposure for hotel through direct sales solicitation telephone contract and written communications. ホテルの露出が電話勧誘や、書面でのやり取りにおいて高度な水準であることを確かめる •Assists in the compilation of Market Surveys and Competitor Research report. 市場調査や競合調査レポート編集をサポートする •Assists in the distribution of relevant hotel information to clients when required. 必要に応じてホテルの資料送付をする •Assists /participates in sales blitz. セールスブリッツのサポート/参加する •Maintains good relationship with the established clientele and provides all necessary assistance when required. 上顧客との関係を維持し、必要に応じサービスを提供する •Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guests needs and expectation are being met. ゲストのニーズや期待に沿うべく関係部署と連動しサービスを提供する •Prepares and ensures all necessity data into Envision in a timely manner. 必要データをエンヴィジョンにタイムリーに入力する •Assists the Sales Manager/Executives to follow up on all matters in the absence of the Sales Manager/Executives. 営業が不在の際、必要なフォローアップをする •Practices excellent Telephone Handling Skills and is capable of excellent Telephone Sales. すぐれた電話応対で電話セールスもできる •Ensures that a professional and appropriate image is projected at all times while on duty. 就業時間中はプロフェッショナルで適切なイメージを維持する •Conducts hotel inspections to clients whenever required. 必要に応じ、顧客にインスペクションを行う Administration •Ensures that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manuals as well as electronically is maintained at all times. 効率的で正確なファイリングシステムがマニュアル、データ共に常に管理されている •Maintains complete and supported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the hotel. •契約書、見積の履歴を正確に管理する •Establishes an efficient trace File to ensure that all business booked is properly tracked. •ビジネスが適切に追跡されるよう効果的なファイルを作成する •Assists in preparing Sales report. •セールスレポート作成のサポート •Perform these task on a rotation basis with the rest of the coordinators on the team: •チーム内のコーディネーターで下記業務を管理する: oGenerate and distribute the Guarantee Sheets. o予約確認書の作成と配布 oProcess all guestroom reservation vouchers. o予約表の作成 oProcess all F&B vouchers. oF&Bバウチャーの作成 oFranking of mail from Sales Department. oセールスの郵便投函 oSend out "Thank You" letters. o礼状の送付

Qualifications:
Qualifications •Good Communication and Negotiation Skills. コミュニケーション力、交渉力を持つ •Strong follow-up and organizational skills. 進捗管理ができ、組織力もある •Thorough understanding of selling techniques and marketing concepts. 販売力やマーケティングコンセプトを十分理解している •Well-developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office and Lotus Notes. PCスキル、特にMS Office、ロータスノーツにおいて十分なスキルを持つ •Envision related skills would be desirable. エンヴィジョン関係のスキルがあれば望ましい •Comprehensive knowledge of business needs. ビジネスニーズに対し広範な知識を持つ •Fluent English – written and spoken, multi-lingual desirable 英語力-読解、スピーキング、マルチリンガルであれば望ましい
