About the role Park Hyatt Kyoto is currently seeking an experienced Outlet Assistant Manager who will be responsible for the efficient running of the outlet in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Outlet Assistant Manager is responsible for manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet. This position will also have duties that include staff training, development and scheduling. This is a highly visible role within the hotel and offers the opportunity to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction at Hyatt.
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager a hotel or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge and skill for Beverage is required
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are required
- Business level in spoken and written English and Japanese is essential
