Hyatt Sunriver Resort Front Desk Agent (Part Time) in LA PINE, Oregon
The Front Desk Agent often provides the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for creating an excellent first impression. S/he is responsible for guest registration, room assignments and key control responsibilities. The Front Desk Agent will maintain the AAA Four Diamond standards.
o Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival and departure including use of guest name & good eye contact with each guest o Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day o Follows proper check-in procedures o Registers guests into computer system, verifying registration, address and credit information o Accepts payment for guests’ accountants both at the time of registration and check out o Follows set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits and refunds o Maintains accurate records of room availability o Resolves problems arising from guest complaints and provides prompt follow-up o Remains alert, courteous and helpful to the guests and colleagues at all times o Always maintains a professional demeanor and attitude o Communicates all pertinent information to the guest services team o Provides transportation throughout Sunriver, Mt. Bachelor and surrounding area as needed
