The/_Sales & Marketing Coordinator_/is a key member of the Sales and Marketing team whose primary role is to provide general administrative support with a focus on inside sales support, including mainland travel and presentations to wholesaler reservations partners.
/This positon is located at our Regional Office in Lahaina, Maui./
The essential duties will include: * Administration of wholesaler contracts * Coordination with travel agents * Creating and updating PowerPoint sales presentations
The ideal candidate is a college graduate or a high school graduate withexperience in the Hawaii leisure travel market. The ideal candidate is also someone with the following skills and abilities:
* Experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry and Hawaii market. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language, including composing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and public speaking.
* Willingness and ability to travel to the mainland on a quarterly basis. * Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, and Excel. * Flexible mindset, including ability and willingness to adjust to new and changing environments and priorities. * Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a dependable means of transportation that is properly insured and operated per requirements of all laws. * Passion, Integrity, and Energy!
