Your Role:

To manage the Guest Experience Team. Assisting the Guest Experience Manager to ensure the highest levels of quality, service and standard adhered to, whilst conscientiously striving to raise the bar for service. The successful applicant for this role will be able to demonstrate they have led a team to provide excellent service that exceeds expectations consistency.

What some of your duties will include:

• Complete and Manage all tasks on the designated task lists both written and spoken requests in a timely and efficient manner and ensuring all necessary follow-up and communication is complete prior to ending their shift.

• Provide local knowledge of East London regarding history, places of interest and special events.

• Communicate and Manage clearly to both colleagues and guests to create a truly memorable and personalised experience
