*About the role:
As Guest Services Manager you are accountable for overseeing the smooth operations of the Front Office department. As Guest Service Manager you are accountable to the Front Office Manager in running the Front Office department effectively and to ensure maximum guest satisfaction, departmental profitability, achieving monthly goals and adhering to the standard required by the hotel. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:· Maintain excellent communication with other hotel departments · Perform all tasks of a Front Office Staff as needed to facilitate service · Ensure that the Front Desk is appropriately staffed according to activity levels · Analyse, investigate, and resolve guest’s complaints
Ideally you have already gained work experience in the same or similar role, preferably within a prestigious hotel environment. You are passionate about people, hospitality and motivated to change and grow.
