We are so excited to share with you this incredible career opportunity to join us in our restaurant ‘Ekstedt at The Yard’, opening soon in our very own Great Scotland Yard Hotel, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt.
Set within our 5* hotel which was once the location of the Metropolitan Police, this new restaurant will bring Chef Niklas Ekstedt’s signature blend of wood fired cooking and Nordic cuisine to the UK for the very first time.
Ekstedt at The Yard will focus on Scandinavian cooking techniques using the very best seasonal British ingredients, featuring a menu of signature dishes from the Michelin-starred chef, alongside an inventive cocktail menu and pioneering natural wine list.
You have experience working as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or as part of the food and beverage team in a 4/5* hotel
You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service through story telling
You are a warm, friendly and professional individual
