Hyatt 會計文員 Accounting Clerk in MACAU, China


The Accounting Clerk of Cost Audit is responsible for assisting Assistant Manager/Team Leader to provide summary reports of the cost; as well as the cost figures necessary for Division Heads to operate their individual profit center profitably. The Accounting Clerk of Cost Audit has to involve in formal negotiations for annual or large contracts concerning inventory items; also ensures that correct inventory items and quantity are received in the computer to the correct storerooms. This role has to audit monthly stock take and prepare month-end cost audit report including stock reconciliation for all storerooms.

Qualification - Bachelor’s degree or above - Knowledge on Finance or cost audit of a hotel is preferable. - Good communications and interpersonal skills - Preferably basic computer skills in MS Office
