Hyatt 會議宴會業務總監 Director of Events in MACAU, China
Director of Events isaccountable for developing and executing event sales and service strategies that contribute to the maximization of profitability and guest experience. This position is responsible for the efficient running of the Event Sales and Event Planning section in line with Hyatt’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting Associates, Guests and Owner’s expectation.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Hospitality or Events Management
Minimum of 5 years of pervious events/sales experience in the hospitality industry
Familiar with Macau’s market and experience in international branded hotels is preferred
Excellent Customer Relations and Communications Skills; fully understand how to drive, determine and achieve business goals.
Strong leadership skills and results-driven; inspires, motivates and supports others to be their best
A proven record of results-oriented leadership and team development
Proficiency in English and Mandarin speaking skills
