As we build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced Commis who will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Culinary Department within the Food and Beverage Division.

In this role, you will be responsible to prepare the mis en place, presenting dishes to high level of standard. The right candidate should share our passion for providing bold and memorable moments thru our F&B offerings that reflect the hotel’s focus on quality and creativity, all served in grand style.

Qualifications:
•Education: Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Culinary or Hospitality management.

1 year work experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards / Basic Culinary skills / good hygiene knowledge
