Hyatt Finance Administrative Officer in MANILA, Philippines

We are looking for a Finance Administrative Officerwho will provide administrative support to the head of finance and will ensure the implementation of hotel policies, standards, and procedures as they apply to the administrative functions. In this role, you are expectedensure that all contracts are current and renewed on time, while supporting other departments in the Division in the performance of their functions particularly in General Accounting, Income Audit and Cost Control.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would have held a similar role in reputable hotels, and display the following:

Working knowledge and experience in administrative; financial accounting and full range of office support work, with a high level of sustained performance.

Thorough knowledge in contract management and use of all relevant computer software and the ability to help organize data and information retrieval systems.

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
