Hyatt Team Leader - Events and Meeting Facilities in MANILA, Philippines
As we build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced *Team Leader - Events and Meeting Facilities *who will assist the outlet management team plan, organise & supervise the restaurant and provide hands-on support to all associates within the outlet.
In this role, you will ensure the exceptional service delivery to all guests and assist in conducting shift briefings, meetings & training sessions. You will maintain an effective link between the kitchen & service areas while monitoring the quality of food and beverage. Likewise you will effectively practice service recovery skills and provide F&B specialist advice to guests & colleagues as required.
A Diploma or Degree in hospitality management is preferred.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years previous experience in a similar role in a five star hotel or high quality restaurant is required.
Experience in Chinese operations and or bar / beverage specialist is an advantage
Passionate about F&B and customer service, outstanding communication skills, outgoing personality.
