The Maintenance Coordinator provides outstanding clerical and administrative support to our housekeeping and maintenance teams. This includes computer inputting, filing, answering telephones, assigning work orders, printing reports, maintaining files and department records. The Maintenances Coordinator will maintain relationships with vendors and place orders for equipment and supplies as needed.
