Hyatt Marketing Manager in MEXICO CITY, Mexico

Description:
· Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. · Overseeing the company’s marketing budget and reporting monthly updates to leadership. · Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. · Supporting the sales team with the creation of sales collateral and prospecting tools. · Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans. · Planning and implementing promotional campaigns, in line with the revenue goal of the company. · Managing and improving lead generation campaigns for group business, measuring results. · Overall responsibility for Hyatt Regency brand management and corporate identity. · Preparing online and print marketing campaigns. · Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications. Monitoring third parties agencies (SEO, PR, paid digital) with monthly reviews, and tracking performance and company’s website and performing changes when needed, with the support of the corporate team · Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. · Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

Qualifications:
* 2-3 years in a demonstrable marketing role, digital preferred. Potential and attitude required to learn. * Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate. * Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture). * Being up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. * Basic knowledge in creative design.
