Hyatt Workforce Management Business Analyst in MOORE, Oklahoma

The Hyatt Shared Service Center (HSSC) provides accounting support for over 150 Hyatt Hotels in North America and South America. Some of the accounting functions are: billing customer service, accounts receivable, accounts payable, sales and use tax, payroll, and treasury. However, the functions the Hyatt Shared Service Center supports continues to grow.

A key member of the Workforce Management team, the Business Analyst will work with stakeholders, business units and related third parties to define and document business processes, software requirements, and compliance requirements for implementation of Time and Attendance system including integration into local payroll systems. This system is being implemented at locations worldwide as Phase 1 with the Phase 2 being Project Olympia. Long term the business analyst will provide ongoing and guidance to the field in regards to the Time and Attendance and Payroll and pre-work for Project Olympia.

Essential Functions

  • Interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, and task/process/workflow analysis
  • Translate and test requirements in KRONOS application
  • Perform end-user interviews, lead requirements gathering sessions, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing
  • Create detailed plans and recommendations based on high level goals and loosely defined business outcomes.
  • Document analysis and operation requirements related to Time and Attendance/Payroll/Basic Scheduling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization
  • Analyze and evaluate work methods, design, and implement best practices
  • Train others on business processes and best practices
  • Regular attendance is expected based on schedule and business needs.
  • Participation in employee events, onsite meetings, hotel visits and industry conferences is expected
  • Work well with others at a variety of levels within the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to travel 50%

Qualifications:
Experience * Minimum 2 years labor/workforce management experience in Payroll or Time and Attendance systems
* International Hotel experience, desired * Kronos experience, desired * Fluent in Spanish, a plus
