You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Relations Executive (Japanese Speaking) is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Relations Department within the Rooms Division.
Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management, Japanese Course. Must be able to converse fluently in Japanese. Should be proficient in reading and writing Japanese.
