Hyatt Guest Service Officer - F&B Reservations in MUMBAI, India
You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage Reservation Centre within the Food & Beverage Division. The Guest Service Officer - F&B Reservations is responsible to take reservations for Food and Beverage outlets.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Business management or Hospitality/Tourism management. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.Knowledge and use of ReserveOut would be an asset.
