Hyatt Rooms Controller in MUMBAI, India

Description:
Ø Work closely with all Hotel Departments to ensure a positive and pleasant Guest Experience. Ø Ensured that the credit extended to guests is strictly controlled and that the mode of payment is clearly understood within the limits of the hotel credit policy. Ø Provides immediate assistance to guests as requested. Ø Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints. Ø Ensures employees understand customer service expectations and parameters. Ø Interacts with customers on a regular basis throughout the property to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction. Ø Blocking guest rooms as per preferences. Ø Complete all shift duties as outlined on shift checklist; prior to the end of shift. Ø Assisting guests in conversion of foreign exchange Ø Preparing express Check Ins Ø Understands the rate code, clientele, knows room blocking and deblocking

Qualifications:
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must. Opera Knowledge
