Hyatt Sales Executive - Based out of Delhi in MUMBAI, India

Description:

  • Ensures professionalSales Calls using Hyatt’s Consultative Selling principles and DCP(DrivingCustomer Preference) philosophies.

  • •Carefully plansSales Calls into defined objectives.

  • •Maintains a detailedknowledge of hotel facilities, features and services.

  • •Conducts extensivecompetitor researches and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the hotel.

  • •Systematically andefficiently calls on allocated Accounts within assigned sector and reportsfindings and opportunities to the Sales Manager/ Director of Sales.

  • •Follows up salesleads to identify prospect.

  • •Ensures a high levelof exposure for hotel through direct sales solicitation of telephone contactand written communications.

  • •Professionallyconducts routine telemarketing activities to identify new accounts.

  • •Entertains andconducts hotel inspections to clients whenever required.

  • •Establishes andmaintains strong relationship with the established clientele and constantlyexplores into new business opportunities.

  • •Achieves the monthlyand annual personal target and the segment target room night production androom revenue.

  • •Liaises and worksclosely with the related operation departments ensuring guests requests andexpectation are being met.

  • •Prepares and ensuresall Events Orders are distributed to concerned department on a timely manner.

  • •Assists the SalesManagers to follow up on all matters in the absence of the Sales Manager.

  • •Assists Sales Buddyto follow-up on all matters in the absence of Sales Buddy.

  • •Ensures servicesprovided by the department are always available and carried out according todefined standards with the utmost efficiency, consistency and courtesy asdetailed in the Department Operation Manual.

  • •Liaises and worksclosely with the related operation departments ensuring guests requests andexpectation are being met.

  • •Prepares and ensuresall Events Orders are distributed to concerned department on a timely manner.

  • •Assists the SalesManagers to follow up on all matters in the absence of the Sales Manager.

  • •Assists Sales Buddyto follow-up on all matters in the absence of Sales Buddy.

  • •Ensures servicesprovided by the department are always available and carried out according todefined standards with the utmost efficiency, consistency and courtesy as detailedin the Department Operation Manual.

  • Ensure that brand standards have been implemented

Qualifications:

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

Minimum 1 years work experience as Sales Executive in hotel operations.

Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
