Hyatt Sales Manager in MUMBAI, India

Description:

  • Candidate should have at least oneyear experience as a Sales Manager.

  • Handles guest and employeeenquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints orproblems. If no immediate solution can be found, to ensure that thenecessary follow-up is conducted in a timely manner.

  • Maximise sales and achieve pre-determined targets,working closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage and otherrevenue-generating departments.

  • Handles guest and employeeenquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints orproblems. If no immediate solution can be found, to ensure thatthe necessary follow-up is conducted in a timely manner.

  • Maintains complete and supportedrecords of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the hotel.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally with a relevantdegree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

  • Minimum 1 years workexperience as Sales Manager.

  • Good problem solving,administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
