* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. * Refined verbal and written communication skills. * Experience and thorough understanding of guest services. * Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality management. * Minimum 2 years work experience in Guest Services on Manager level, or Assistant Manager level in larger operation. * Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
