A Rooms Control Clerk is a highly caring, cerebral individual who is able to use their reasoning skills, computer savvy and desire to work in a fast past environment to effectively support the Front Office operation. These individuals are pivotal to the success of the Front Office due to their willingness to assist the Front Office Hosts and other Resort personnel with the guest’s journey through the reservation process. These individuals have a deep presence within the Front Desk Operation, its systems and are able to make quick, educated decisions.
